This page explains how certainqms.com handles personal data, which cookies the site uses, and how you can change your choices at any time.
1. Who is responsible
Certain QMS is a product of Netpower Business Solutions AS (org. no. 990 648 085), part of Netpower IT Group, Stokkamyrveien 13, 4313 Sandnes, Norway. Netpower Business Solutions AS is the data controller for certainqms.com. Netpower IT Solutions AS (org. no. 982 375 681) is the processor.

2. What we process and why
We process the following data when you use this website:
- Server logs: IP address, URL and browser type (user agent). Kept for 14 days, for security and operations. Basis: legitimate interest.
- Web forms: name, email, telephone, organisation and message, submitted through the embedded Pipedrive web forms on this site. Sent to Pipedrive so that we can follow up your enquiry.
- Demo bookings: on /book-demo/, the booking details you enter into the embedded Calendly scheduler.
- Your cookie choice: a random identifier, the time of the choice, the version of this notice, the language and the three category flags. No IP address and no user account is stored with it. Kept for 24 months as documentation that consent was given.
3. Cookies
Necessary cookies make the website work and are always active. With your consent we also use cookies for statistics (Google Analytics), for advertising (Google Ads, Leadfeeder) and to show the embedded forms, booking scheduler and video (Pipedrive, Calendly, Vimeo). Nothing in the statistics, advertising or functional categories is loaded before you have granted that category.

4. Third parties and transfers
We share data with these third parties:
- Google Ireland Ltd (Google Analytics, Google Ads). Data may be processed in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Liidio Oy, Finland (EU), trading as Leadfeeder.
- Pipedrive OÜ, Estonia (EU).
- Calendly LLC, USA. Data is processed under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Vimeo.com, Inc., USA, for the embedded video.
5. Legal basis
Consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and the Norwegian Electronic Communications Act § 3-15) is the basis for all non-necessary cookies. Legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)) is the basis for server logs and necessary cookies. Contract or legitimate interest is the basis when you send us an enquiry or book a demonstration.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and to object to the processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawing it also deletes the cookies the category had set.
You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.no), if you believe we process your data unlawfully.
7. Changes
We may update this page as our services change. If we add or remove a third party we will ask you for your cookie choice again. Last updated 12 September 2026.
