Gain clarity with clear process mapping
We help you map and visualise how work is actually carried out. Together with your employees, we identify activities, roles and responsibilities and compile these into clear process maps. At the same time, you learn the method so that you can continue with process mapping independently.
Each process is typically mapped through two sessions of around 2 hours each. We take care of preparation, post-session work and the design of the process map.

Package 1: 4 processes
For organisations that want to start with a selection of processes and get help getting started with process mapping.- 4 fully mapped and visualised processes

Package 2: 10 processes
For organisations with more processes to map and visualise, wanting to work more systematically.- 10 fully mapped and visualised processes

Prices are excl. VAT and depend on the scope of the processes, the number of people involved and the preparation and post-session work required.

Add training
Would you like to learn how to carry out process mapping yourselves? Training can be added to either process package. Choose between Level 1 for an introduction to the method or Level 2 for more hands-on practice.
Training level 1
For organisations that want to learn the method and build a solid foundation for continuing with process mapping independently.
You receive an introduction to the method and training in the process tool in Certain QMS. We also produce a guide and template you can use going forward. In addition, you learn by participating in and observing the mapping sessions we carry out.

Training level 2
For organisations that want to learn to lead process mapping sessions themselves and gain hands-on practice along the way.
You receive everything from Level 1, plus hands-on practice where you lead mapping sessions yourselves with guidance and coaching from us. As you become more confident with the method, you take on more independently.
Price: €1,155 excl. VAT.

Start somewhere and expand later
You do not need to decide on the full scope from the outset. Start with a selection of processes and add more as you go. You can also begin with Training Level 1 and build on it with Level 2 later.
